Solution: Prepared a detailed document after understanding the process of each consulting assignment and relevant information that can be reused. Designed a Knowledge map to capture maximum relevant information in a structured manner.

Automation of Knowledge documentation for a Manufacturing client
Problem: Design an interface to convert and utilize existing information for over 10 years and enable to capture all future information in digital mode. Also evaluate and redesign fields to capture only relevant knowledge.
Solution: Evaluated existing information to design a new knowledge management form for each department with linkages. Created an interface using the new form and captured all historical information for future reference and reuse.
Also prepared the approval system to ensure information is captured as per the defined guidelines.
